  6. I like what drew says for it's highly scientific and I am a HIT trainee. However, when I train back(only 2 sets of intense multi joint compound exercises to absolute failure) I use versa gripps because my forearms fatigue quicker than my back muscles even if I wrap the thumb. Days later I do forearm grip training with static holds and standing one armed barbell wrist curls.

    P.S. the greatest tool I've ever used as a trainee is an inexpensive pen and training log notebook.

  9. One problem i have is that natulius/medx machines are very expensive and are not in 99% of gyms, usually cybexs are present which arent as good, even if you go to HIT gyms they charge a rediculus amount of money. For the average person its hard to train with natulius

As a proponent of HIT I can tell you this slow training does not and never has worked. Drew knows this. I bet that when Drew was in tip top shape (and I've seen him that way, excellent physique), he didn't train this way. Learn your HIT history and read Jones and you'll see what I mean.

  15. Hey Drew, I see you both have these barefoot shoes. I really haven't seen them for sale anywhere in Croatia, but if hypothetically I do, should I buy them? Do you recommend them, that is? I always train in my so called "startas" shoes, which have an extremely thin rubber sole (and thin in general), very slip-proof, plus you feel like you don't even have shoes, they're so light. I don't know if you can buy them anywhere outside of Croatia. Should I get the barefoot ones instead! Thanks Drew!
