Welcome to Dalhousie Libraries! Dalhousie has five libraries: Four in Halifax and one in Truro. At all 5 of our libraries, you will find friendly librarians who can help you with research, amazing print and electronic resources to discover, individual and group study spaces, computer and internet access, and printing (including 3D printing) and photocopying. You are welcome to use any of the libraries for studying and research, but this video will help you decide which library is your “home library.” Here we go! Sir James Dunn Law Library, 6061 University Ave, Weldon Law Building. This is your home library if you are a Law student. Librarians at the Law Library can assist with in-depth legal research. MacRae Library, 135 College Road, Truro Agricultural Campus. This is your home library if you are an Agriculture student. MacRae Library has many agricultural materials, as well as a Seed Library! Kellogg Health Sciences Library, CHEB (5793 University Ave) & Tupper Building. Home library for Medicine, Dentistry, & Health Professions students. Also serves health professionals in the Maritime provinces. Loans laptops! Killam Memorial Library, 6225 University Ave. Arts, Computer Science, Management, Sciences, & Social Sciences. Killam is the largest academic library in the Maritimes. Dalhousie’s Archives & Special Collections and the GIS Centre are in the Killam. Sexton Design & Technology Library, 1360 Barrington St., B Building (3rd floor). Home library for Engineering, Architecture, and Planning students. Has one of the few standards collections in the Maritimes! See you at the Libraries!
